We offer lecithin liquid from soya & sunflower origin. Lecithin liquid is derived by degumming crude vegetable oils and drying the hydrated gums. It is then standardized to reduce the microbiological load & to meet the quality specifications. Lecithin liquid is composed of essential phospholipids like Phosphatidyl choline, Phosphatidyl Serine, Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine, Phosphatidyl Inositol, Phosphatidic Acid, triglycerides and other non-phospholipid compounds. Its applications include food, feed, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, industrial, cosmetics due to its multi-functional nature.
